The permitted processing capacity of the desilter should be 1.25 to 1.5 times the maximum displacement during drilling.

3. Micro cyclone: a cyclone with a diameter of 50mm is called a micro cyclone. Its processing capacity is not less than 5m3/h when the input pressure is 0.25Mpa. The separated particles range from 7 to 25 microns. Mainly used for non-aggravated drilling fluids to remove ultrafine particles.

In such a way, the oil will not overflow from the tank even under failure of level switch.

When elevated oil tank is lifted up, the oil pressure rises. The oil in tank will be transported to equipment requiring diesel at drilling site from three channels through filter and flowmeter, and it can also flow back to the oil storage tank.
